Breakfast it although was served from a local cafeteria 20 yards from hotel, the food was very basic and hot food was cold.

Comfortable hotel with convenient parking and great pool area.

- Very comfortable beds. - The room was very light and airy, and had a lovely big balcony. - We loved the swimming pool area. - Parking was easy and convenient outside the door of the room. - Helpful and friendly staff. - The adjacent cafeteria was convenient, and offered a range of food and drink options. - The room had a small refrigerator.

- The air conditioning was tricky to operate. It is designed to switch itself off, every time the patio doors are opened, and it was often difficult to get it working again once back inside the room. It made us reticent to use the patio, because every time we opened the patio doors to exit or enter, the room would be without AC for quite a long time, and we would have to keep opening and shutting the patio doors to get the AC to work again. At one point, we even had to ask for help from staff to get the AC to switch itself on again. - The motel is on a busy highway, so you really need to car to get to the beach and other amenities. - I really feel that parking should be free for hotel guests, given the location of the hotel on a busy highway, and seeing as the the whole place is designed like a US motel with parking outside the rooms.

Decent hotel for a stopover, in OK location

Rooms were OK, parking available. Service from reception good. Easy to find. Walking distance to nearest Carrefour, which had burger king and other eateries. Air conditioned rooms.

More pillows would be good, though they were provided on request. Kettle and coffee facilities were in reception rather than in the rooms so a bit of a pain. There were also no cups, only very small paper ones. Had to pay for parking, which I don't recall being mentioned when booking.

Basic hotel not too far from San Juan and Alicante.

10 minute drive to San Juan beach. Parking (5€). Clean. Café. Pool.

Small room, bathroom smelled bad, no coffee facilities, there was nothing around the hotel.

Very acceptable and comfortable rooms for short stays, but watch out - no elevator!

Easy access to main road arteries and commercial shopping areas, as well as to beaches, etc.. Room fairly spacious, with REASONABLE, but not GOOD sound isolation. Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable.

Noise from adjoining rooms. No lift to the upper floor, where we were. With advancing years, injuries and heavier luggage, it was problematical, to a degree. Close Proximity to a fuel station was not altogether great, but the wind, thankfully, blew in the right direction during our stay!

Everything went really well. Only the room was a bit small for the amount of beds (5) but that's a detail and the only thing.

The hotel is in the American style motel. It is located near the main road and highway ( but it is not noisy because the rooms are oriented on the other side). It takes aprox 10 minutes with the car to the beach in El Campello Very good for those in transition. Big and enough parking space They have a quality internet WIFI for those who have to work. Big TV screen in room.

Breakfast consists just from a juice, coffee and a croissant. If you need a big breakfast you have to buy anything else. ( in the weekend you will receive a more consistant breakfast). Maybe the cleaning can be done better.

I enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t have booked it if I knew there were no trams near

the room and staff were lovely and enjoyed the pool and there is a cafeteria and petrol station metres away with a shop

the nearest tram is in ElCapello which was disappointing the town of SanJoan was a 20 minute walk which was ok

Really good place to stay when driving through

We were weary travellers coming for a good night’s sleep and this was excellent. The staff was really kind and helpful, we could park our van right in front of our room (the hotel is laid out like a motel with doors leading straight out towards the parking lot. The beds were crisp and clean and very comfy and there was even a little balcony. The breakfast was simple but perfectly good to fill us up before driving on further. Thanks very much!
